Our principals have started, acquired, managed and sold 100+ companies with billions of dollars of assets and have personally invested into many early stage ventures.
Joe has over 35 years of experience in Technology, Operations and the Automotive Industry. He has conceptualized, started, acquired and divested businesses along the way. He started at ADP when the company was $20M in revenue and left at $2.2B. He managed much of the growth finally running North America Operations.
Todd has spent 30 years building, transforming, buying and selling dozens of businesses. His entrepreneurial journey includes technology, farming, beer/wine/spirits and real estate. His companies include Liquidus, Goose Island Beer Co, Beer Across America and Harvest Moon to name a few. His expertise in strategy, sales and marketing and customer acquisition directly informs his position as Managing Partner in Summerset Group. His decades of experience are seen in speaking engagements and digital Podcasts. He is a graduate of KU, is active on multiple boards, is a Chicago Cubs fanatic and lives in Glenview with his family.
Tony has 30+ years experience in Sales, General Management and Customer Experience. He spent the last 26 years of his career with ADP and CDK Global. Tony served as the Chief Customer Experience Officer, VP and GM. Tony has worked with all segments automotive retail channel and holds the distinction as the only non-retail automotive dealer or car company official to ever be recognized by the dealers with their Life Time Achievement Award (July 2019).
SALES & OP'S AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Ray has over 25 years experience in operations, strategy development and marketing. He has a track record of solving complex problems by aligning strategy with execution. Expertise in creating go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize profits. Most recently he led the marketing organization for a large publicly-traded automotive SaaS company.
Ken brings 30 years of experience, including have grown a business from early stage to over $250M in revenue.
Ken is a world class operator, understands process and scaling as well as anyone you will meet as well as how to help work with teams to get the absolute best our of them.
Over his 30+ year career Greg has managed product and technology in several industries. Greg was part of the Avenue A team when it was sold to Microsoft, then joined Cobalt in Seattle as their CTO. He eventually managed Product & Technology for ADP and has a deep understanding of how to play above the rim, defining strategy and pulling together world class players.
